Visit Disneyland Park one day and explore the local beaches the next day. Quiet Residental Neighborhood. With 9 Queen size beds, each family member can sleep comfortable. The kitchen have new appliances and is equipped with all the basic amenities to whip up a warm and hearty meal.

2. No unregistered guests allowed.
3. No illegal substances or smoking allowed on the premises.

We really enjoyed our stay in Southern California at this home. It adequately fit our family. We all had beds and bathrooms and weren’t on top of each other all the time. The kitchen is spacious and lots of sitting room to eat. Overall we had a great stay. I would say that I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. Anytime we went barefoot, our feet would turn black. And there were no cleaning supplies for us to clean it ourselves. My only other complaint was the seating in the family room. There are 2 recliner couches. But they are bolted to the wall so they can’t recline. They are very uncomfortable to sit in and watch tv since the headrest is overfilled to make the reclining position comfortable. Also, there is only enough seating in the family room for maybe 6 people, yet there are enough beds for 18. It just made it difficult for us to watch a movie or enjoy the family room together. I would recommend staying at this house if you have lots of activities planned outside of the house. We went to the beach 2 days and Disneyland 2 days, so we didn’t spend a lot of time relaxing in the home. We were mainly just there to sleep and eat.

The house was very clean and tidy. Each room was perfect for each family. The location was perfect for Disney and Knott's. The host offered a lot of amenities. All the little things one might forget. Like Aloe Vera. The kitchen had all the cookware you could need, it was like being at home. If you have large family or lots of families this is the perfect place.

This property was the perfect place for us! First of all, we walked in to a welcome basket for our group that had snacks and some goodies. That made us feel welcomed. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Letʻs start with with the kitchen and dining area. When family gets together it always involves food. The space was very generous for all of us to talk, eat, and enjoy family and friends. It was a top rate kitchen and the appliances were spot on. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. There was more than enough beds for everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and we were not on top of each other when using the facilities. There was more than enough parking on the property and what I liked most was that we did not have to do a lot of manuevering to enter and exit the property. We were very close to Disneyland and Downtown Disney, Huntington Pier, Knottʻs Berry and outlet malls (yay shopping). Because of the close proximity, we could spend majority of our time actually doing activities than driving to destinations. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups. You will not be disappointed and you will definitely mark this property for return if you are ever in the area again. Thank you to our host for a wonderful time and treasured memories. We canʻt stop telling others about this property and how it felt like being at home!!!! Happy Holidays!

The house was clean and easily accommodated our large family, the only thing I think would have made our stay a bit better would have been more seating (couches) in the leaving room area. We had to hang out in the kitchen area to have enough seating.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Plenty of parking with Great design to accommodate 5-7 vehicles on the property. Lovely common areas and kitchen. A very nice outdoor space and a fantastic amount of sleeping accommodations. You cannot go wrong with this rental!
