About this house rental
Beautiful home on the lake with private Pickle ball court, basketball court. 7 min from Annandale, 40 min from Twin Cities. Enjoy fishing, swimming. We love our home and expect you to take great care of it during your stay, just like you would treat your own home. This is a pet free home!!

We loved this place. Lots of space for family to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a 5th bedroom downstairs. Plus the two family rooms and a game were nice. Our favorite was the yard. The backyard is mostly level making it easier for individuals to get to the lake. We played yard games and loved to place basketball and pickleball. The price was very reasonable and the place was very clean. WiFi was good and very close to a town for groceries. If you stay bring extra hand towels, kitchen towels and kitchen scrubbies. A few were provided but 8 people things get wet/dirty fast. The kitchen has extra dishwashing pods and garbage bags. Depending on your usage you may need to bring or buy more. The kitchen could use a few more measuring cups and a baking pan; but we made do. There were ample other items to use. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards. We didn’t fish but could see fish jumping near the dock and lots of boats fished near this spot. Water was clear and not an overly busy lake. The deck is perfect to sit out in and neighbors are very n quiet. Peter has been very accommodating and willing to work with us.

Great fishing right from the dock

We rented the property for a family getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the game room and the pickleball court. We caught lots of fish from the dock as well as out on the lake. We rented the pontoon which was very reasonable and worked great. We were disappointed that we could not pull a tube behind it though since a tow bar is listed. I would recommend having a few more towels for use. We only had one wash cloth for each of us for a 4 night stay. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms too. We just picked up some extras at the local dollar store for our use. The kitchen had most utensils available. A few more items such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, whisk and bigger pans would be helpful for cooking on site. We did run out of hot water a couple times similar to what another review talked about even though we spread out our showers. Overall our stay was great! Peter provided great communication. The location was easily accessible and close to town. We definitely want to book again in the future.
