About this house rental
The calendar is subject to change at anytime. During peak season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) we do a Friday to Friday rental. If you would like to host an event at the home...just ask, there are fees and a minimum length of time to rent the home.

Set on 4 private acres of the renown Lake Sylvia Peninsula, this spacious waterfront home is available for year-round enjoyment. It's thoughtful floor plan comfortably accommodates up to 10 adult guests comfortably (we do charge an extra guest fee after 10 guests). Families with children don’t pass it by. With an expansive lakeside lawn that stretches along 450+ feet of pristine shoreline, this is a haven for fun and play.
You will enjoy the crystal clear waters of two private swimming beaches, the beautiful apple orchard and mature trees, and certainly the home itself. A full screened porch allows you and your guest’s pleasant outdoor dining rain or shine. Gathering spaces throughout invite you to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with family and friends. Isn’t it time you treated yourself to a week away?

The Ideal Family Getaway! We enjoyed our family reunion this fall! The property was gorgeous and we used every bit of it - the playground, the clean beaches, the stacked firewood, the stocked game closet. The place was even better than the photos seem and the combination of collective spaces- game rooms, large tables, lots of seating was a wonderful pair with spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms to recoup for another day! Only 10-15 minutes from town with a grocery store, restaurants, and fun activities. Hope to return next year! An absolutely wonderful stay!
