About this house rental
Escape to our 5,000 sq ft secluded forest home with private driveway access and ample privacy. Savor the stunning views from the many large windows and outdoor spaces, including a patio, screened porch, wrap-around deck, and tranquil koi pond. Stay productive with ultra-fast wi-fi and multiple workspaces. Indulge in luxury in the spacious main suite, featuring a jetted whirlpool tub and cozy gas fireplace. Conveniently located, it's just 15 minutes to downtown and 25 minutes to MOA & MSP.

Our place is approximately one minute away by car from Hilloway Park in Minnetonka. Use Hilloway Park as a reference on the map to gauge the distance to your destination.
Early check-in and luggage drop-off may be accommodated only if we do not have same-day turn-over on the check-in day.
Winter access: All roads are plowed and access from all highways is straightforward.
As long-time residents, we are familiar with the area and happy to answer any questions.
Guidelines
1. Minimize noise and coming/going during our quiet hours (our neighbors will complain)
2. Drive slowly on our driveway out of consideration for our elderly neighbor
3. No grease, oil, food waste, wipes, paper towels, or tissue down drains/toilets, they will clog right away
4. Limit consumption of food & beverages to dining areas only
5. Avoid moving or tampering with decor, furniture, wires, remotes, or cables to prevent incorrect charges on your account. It's hard to distinguish misplaced from missing or unplugged from broken
6. Pets need prior approval & an additional fee applies
7. Comply with all Airbnb's policies including third-party bookings
8. No smoking anything anywhere on the property. A $500+ cleaning fee will apply

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is impeccably maintained and outfitted with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only negative? The back "yard" is overgrown, however due to weather it was unnecessary to be outdoors. I would certainly stay here again. Communication with our hosts was always available and pleasant.

Everything you needed. Easy to use stovetop and ovens. Plenty of towels. Nice bathrooms. The host answered questions quickly. You really felt like you were in a very nice treehouse!

We stayed here with a larger family group, and the size of the home was a plus. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large family rooms made it comfortable for everyone to gather together.That said, the property could use more attention to detail. The overall cleanliness was not great, and it really needed a deep clean. Most areas and rooms felt worn down and in need of touch-ups. The photos online definitely highlight the best parts of the house, but some of the less appealing rooms were not shown. The koi pond was also extremely dirty, which was disappointing since it had been mentioned as a feature.On the positive side, communication with Daniel was excellent. He was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process.
