About this house rental
I rent a room in my own house (I live here). JUST MINUTES FROM DANIA AND HOLLYWOOD BEACHES - 5 MINUTES FROM I95, FORT LAUDERDALE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, 10 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN FORT LAUDERDALE, LAS OLAS RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT, JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM BRAND NEW DANIA POINTE MALL AND DANIA BEACH CASINO- 12 MINS FROM HARD ROCK GUITAR HOTEL & CASINO AND MUCH MORE. I have a French and two cats. They don’t enter in the room, but if you are allergic it is better to know that i have pets in the house.

Location was nice, host was nice. There are pets on the property, which I expected as per the listing. However, if you are sensitive to animal scents I would probably pass. Also, there were no pillow covers underneath the pillowcases. Usually that's not an issue for me, but all the pillows smelled like stale sweat/musty. The ensuite was nice. It was mostly quiet, the dog barked in the middle of the night and when I closed my room door, but was quickly quieted.
