Comfortable room for a good price.
The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. The living room was also cosy. The host was very friendly. He offered us bottled water and gave us some useful information about the surroundings. We stayed only 1 night, so we needed just a clean and quiet place to sleep over.
The bathroom needs renovation and there was a pile of used boxes in the garden which teinted the impression.

Nicely appointed property inside
I found sharing the lounge/kitchen with two young ladies very uncomfortable which meant that I was confined to my room, and the location is a long way from any Ft Lauderdale action or life. This property only works if you have a car
