Convenient location to both airport and cruise terminal
It is in a residential neighborhood. No restaurant or store in immediate area. But Aldi and 7/11 about 15 minutes walk

I stayed here just to sleep. I arrived at 9 pm and left at 5 am. I just showered and slept. The stay was organized perfectly by the host, details, door codes, etc., no problems. The price was excellent (about $80), especially due to it being the high season for visitors when a chain hotel costs $300 or $400. It is close to the airport (7-8 minutes by Uber, I paid about $35 round-trip). The host speaks Brazilian Portuguese.
