I would NOT recommend staying here.

although fairly clean, it is an old structure and has been updated, but has not been properly maintained. Window shade was broken & had had pieces missing, safe would not work, it had a battery missing( I replaced it). The supplies were minimal & the kitchen pans were unusable--burnt & non stick coating had mostly been scraped off. There were no utensils at all other than knives & forks.

Owner Operated apartment complex / halfway house masquerading as a hotel.

I fully expected to see cockroaches in my room but I did not see one the entire weekend, so that was positive.

Absolutely everything about this place is horrible. I would never stay here, I would only tell someone I hate to stay here.

it rained so hard it flooded the streets so when we got out the car our shoes were soaked . I got charged an extra 300$ when I arrived (did not state when booking) I don’t recalls. some of it was refundable deposit but 200.00$ for damage when the whole place was a mess , the best thing there was the dining table . the bathtub had a lot of mold in it and it looked like someone tried to paint over it instead of getting rid of the mold , I tried to take a shower and let it warm up but the whole bathtub started filling up with yellow water , as if it was urine backup in the shower , we couldn’t even shower after the rain and I have a one year old. NO WAY was my daughter taking a shower in yellow water backup in the bathtub. so the next morning we found a nice hotel that let us take a shower before our flight for $50.00 but it was totally worth it , than that yellow water back at this hotel. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF reimbursement they give even if they do THIS PLACE GIVES. the cameras they have around the property are way better kept than these rental units.

The stay was awesome, my family loved it !

The stay was very calm and nice , I like pool and bbq zone which is free of charges. I like the area because everything is in walking distance. The advantage of the apartment that you can cook inside because we have oven , pots , everything for cooking , if you have a big family you can save money to cook by yourself especially if you stay for more than 3 days as we did. The stuff is very friendly and helpful Definitely will come again !

Disgusting place!

Nothing, the place is a drug infested , house of prostitution

Everything, hosts was hostile, room was dirty and was not as shown on internet. Drugs and prostitution was rampant. We left and found another hotel. They would not refund our money. My family safety was more important so we left.

we found the unit comfortable, very good beds, it is close to everything markets, bars, restaurants and beaches, we loved our trip, I highly recommend it!

everything, the area sucks the picture that are shown here are beautiful but when you go there the really not good they even broke a window in the room that was next to my room . very scary area . the pool very dirty .

Delays and disappointment

The room was very nice once we were finally able to get into it. It's just a shame it took so long to turn over.

They called the day prior to ask if we were staying there. That we needed to pay for the room to confirm, which was fine but it wasn't advertised as such. Then we got a call 2pm asking when we would arrive. The room wasn't ready and woukd take more time to turn over. We showed up at 4 and we're told the room wasn't ready, every time we would ask they'd say 20-40 more minutes. We didn't get into the room until 6 and the room code given was incorrect. We had an infant with us and they needed to get to sleep.

The heated pool was nice. I loved the seating areas and the lights that came on at night. While the bed could have been more comfortable even the room was pretty great.

maintenance and cleaning were always doing something and it’s a small place so they were always in the way.
