Great stay. The place was big enough and had all accommodations available. Check in was easy online. Any time we needed anything the office was quick to help. Shower hot water was very mid, but it could’ve been related to the recent cold weather. Everything else was great.

Took 30 plus minutes to get into the check in room. Then an additional 20 minutes inside the tiny room filling out what felt like a job application on my phone taking pictures of my ID and a selfie. Get to the end to sign document and the window freezes won’t allow me to sign. The employee tried to let me use their phone which again froze. Now I’ve been dealing with and waiting to get in for over an hour. Then hands me a piece of paper and says just sign this.. Finally that nightmare was over. I was given my info to get into the room which of course doesn’t work. So I have to go back to the dreadful little room to correct the problem. Greeted by another line waiting to get into check in who are now in front of me. So after the hour process now I’m stuck in this line of people for another half hour just to get a problem corrected to get into my room. (Don’t believe me check 1 of 8 cameras facing the line waiting to get in) After an hour and 45 minutes we finally make it in the room. Lucky it was cold the pool is wrapped in caution tape which.. never disclosed before booking. Paying for parking is ok but there needs to be parking available to who ever purchased it. Which when returning that evening was completely full and tow signs everywhere else that could be parking. Circled the block for 20 minutes a tow truck driver directed us to a spot and said we would be safe because we talked to him. This was absolutely the most ridiculous. Made a memorable weekend in the wrong way!

The room was clean, and grounds maintained and good location, but a couple things that gave this review less stars. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep, maintenance? Or someone downstairs using power tools , and then being asked to move our car to replace the parking spots and ended up with no parking left that night even though we were charged per night to park.

The room was spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. I did not find a can opener for my beans. There was a smell In the room that I did not like. I lit a candle. The swimming Pool was sparkly and clean. You are only allowed one parking spot. There is an outside grill by the pool, bicycles in the back to go exploring. Walking distance to grocery stores and BBQ place towards US 1.

Beds are comfortable and the property is in a quiet area. Room smelt a bit musty. Water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible, but toilet flushed and shower pressure was adequate. It would have been nice to have a full ice cube tray instead of an empty one, and basic coffee/tea/sugar milk would have been lovely. We came in late and missed having what we have come to expect as basic amenities.

First of all the housekeepers don't Clean the place good at all trash in the trash can refrigerator not clean also i had yo buy pots to cook in water in the bathroom gose down real slow Ac in the one room works when it want spend 28days there just because i couldn't get refunded i didnt leave and i couldn't wait to leave. Dog swimming in the pool i never get to get in.

While I wasn't accustomed to seeing them, they weren't evasive or problematic - just a unique aspect of the hotel's surroundings. This is a perfect option if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, and secure place with a full kitchen and a pool! The property is fully gated, which made us feel very safe. The rooms, pool, and BBQ area are all clean. The laundry in the building is super convenient and saved me a lot of time. Plus, there are plenty of places nearby—we walked to Publix and had breakfast at Starbucks. The beach was only a 10-minute drive, and parking there is inexpensive, around $4-5 for 3 hours. There are also lots of great restaurants by the beach. One thing we really liked was the check-in process—it’s super easy and convenient! You can check in online and receive all the necessary information in advance, so you can arrive and check in at any time without any hassle. Overall, this place is really cool! After reading some reviews about the area, I had lower expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartments and entertainment options were. We will definitely be back!!!

Old and very hard bed. Yiu can feel and hear the springs. The shower drain was clogged so we stood in ankle deep water to shower. It was after hours so couldnt call anyone. Room was very dark. We had one tiny lamp on each side of the bed but only one lamp worked and it was very very dim! Couldnt open the curtains because one window had the bed pushed against it so tight that opening the curtains was not an option. Second window the curtains were super tight on the rod making it impossible to open them. Sketchy area too. Do not recommend.

The refrigerator was smaller than it was in the advisement, the shower drain was clogged up with a nasty hair. I had to fish it out to unclog it so the water could drain out. The is not helpful and very antisocial.

Property was dirty. Suspicious gangs loitering around property. Filthy disgusting. Expedia really needs to vet the properties they sell to consumers. Staying here would have been putting myself and my loved ones in danger.
