Nice and clean studio apartment (queen bed) in a quiet residential area in the heart of Dania Beach. Minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, New Dania Pointe Shopping Center, beaches, shops and dining. There is plenty of parking on the property and there is a coin laundry on the premises. The unit includes cable flat screen tv and Internet/WIFI. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishware. Additional amenities included are iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and set of towels supplied.

I really enjoyed most things about the property. There was only one thing I didn’t. The toilet…it’s a round one, not the oblong one which means, if you’re not a small person it’s not comfortable to use. Otherwise, the place was nice. Looked a little like an older model hotel on the outside but it was fairly clean and well kept. But inside was comfortable and looked well cared for.
