La posizione e il giardino, cosa mi è piaciuto molto, le caratteristiche della casa erano proprio quello che cercavo, la vista bellissima. Padre e figlio che ci hanno accolto, fantastici persone molto simpatiche. Note positive, lavatrice funzionava bene, cucina anche, ci stava anche un buon asciugacapelli.
La casa non è in condizioni eccellenti, necessita di qualche piccola rinnovazione, scrivo questo non per critica, ma per chi affitterà in seguito, non vi aspettate grandi comodità, se prediligete bella vista e vivere in una casa "particolare" facendo a meno di alcune comodità, ok, altrimenti meglio guardare altrove.

Privacy and exceptional view on lake Komo
Thermites disturbing our sleep all night long. Very uncomfortable bed and mattress. Could be at least a bar of soap at the bathroom
