The view of the lake was impressive, the location was quiet and easily accessible by car - a good place to start your hikes and city tours from. The apartment was cozy and spaceus for a smaller family with maximum two children, the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was great for those who like cooking. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with a nice owner and great food.

The kitchen was not well equipped (basic appliances were missing: kettle, microwave). The shower and the boiler was not working well. There was no soap in the bathroom neither in the kitchen, the beddings were lacking. There was no AC only a fan. The landlord was not responsive to some concerns which we raised. Despite the information on Booking.com that the payment included all costs and taxes, we were asked to pay an additional tax before checking in. It was also indicated that there was free parking, however upon arrival the owner informed us that the parking might cost some extra money.

De locatie was prachtig, met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Het Comomeer is op korte loopafstand, net zoals de opstapplaats voor de veerboot naar andere plaatsen. Het appartement is ruim en heeft comfortabele bedden en bank. Het restaurant onder het appartement kan je heerlijk eten en is betaalbaar.

Het was snikheet toen we aankwamen, door snachts alle ramen te openen koelde het af. Het huis heeft veel gebreken, ramen die niet dicht kunnen, deuren die open vliegen bij het elk zuchtje wind, deuren die piepen en kraken. Lampjes die het niet doen, ventilator aan het plafond die het niet doet. De douche werd alleen lauw. Uiteindelijk ontdekt dat als je het warme water van de wastafel openzet de douche ook warmer wordt. Er staat dat het een volledig uitgeruste keuken is, maar er is geen vaatwasser, geen magnetron en geen waterkoker. Het is erg luidruchtig, zeker als je de ramen open moet doen om de hitte kwijt te raken. Je hoort veel geluid van het restaurant, de weg en de vele kerkklokken.

False advertised with washing machine and dishwasher. Neither were in the apartment. I must admit that the administrator helped to organize laundry service to compensate the wrong advertisement. But nothing was done about dishwasher. We booked it for a whole month! (Booking never replied for our calls to resolve the issues) Located on a very busy road above pizzeria. So, it is always hot from the pizza oven and isn't equipped with an air-con. Opening windows helps a bit, but the noise from the street is too much. We tried to make the best out of it, but it was by far not as good as we have expected.
