The view from the terrace was amazing.
- We needed some soap that Franchesco provided us very soon.
- The beds did not feel super clean but they were fine.
- The good point about the flat is its location which is in a calm village and still close to Menaggio.
- The drawback of the flat is you share the garden with other guests. But luckily we were alone and no more guests were there during our stay.

L’hôte est accueillant et disponible. La localisation du logement est pratique et un peu à l’écart du tumulte touristique du lac de Côme. Petit jardin pour manger dehors.
Il manque de confort, il n’y a ni volets, ni rideaux occultants dans les chambres. La cuisine ne dispose que de peu d’équipements (pas de bouilloire, grille pain, peu de vaisselles).
Le logement est mal insonorisé, nous entendions les autres locataires du logement au dessus vraiment bien, quand ils parlaient, aller aux WC.
