Très bon emplacement proche des supermarchés et à 10min du centre de Calpe. Quartier très calme.
Nous avons appris sur place que le rdc n’était pas accessible et que nous disposons uniquement du haut de la villa, dommage cela réduit considérablement la surface habitable et devient contraignant de monter les escaliers. Extérieurs vieillissant et pauvre en aménagement. Piscine où plusieurs carreaux se décollent

On the foto’s the house looks a bit bigger but the house is just big enough for 4 so the house was a bit small
