An absolutely fantastic stay

The main bed upstairs was a little uncomfortable but that is a personal preference

Bad

The staff was not particularly accommodating or flexible. Due to the cockroaches in the house and around the pool, the stay was traumatic and horrible. We had to deal with multiple visits from the owner and an exterminator who sprayed chemicals around the premises. However, this was ineffective. Cockroaches began to populate the entire residence. We vacated the property after 3-4 nights (the booking was for 10 days). We had unsuccessful email communications with the agency requesting a refund. The agency did nothing but resist. Therefore, there is no refund for the remaining days we did not use the property.

It was alright

The property was nice and clean inside, decent pool and bbq area. Decor inside was good. Good sized rooms

I didn’t like that the en suite shower was constantly freezing cold. No way of getting any hot water. Yet the shower downstairs was scolding hot. Makes trying to shower 4 children quite an ordeal. Also, no kettle at the property despite saying there would be one. Wouldn’t have been such an issue except I have a 5 month old baby and needed that kettle to make his bottles. This meant I had to keep boiling water on the hob for 2 days which just took ages. Plus I couldn’t make a cup of tea on my holiday. I did let the villa host no immediately but despite several phone calls and messages I still had to wait a couple of days. It was just inconvenient. There could have been some standard amenities like hand soap left there for us to use too.

Nos ha gustado mucho

Todo en general, limpio, la piscina y la zona de la barbacoa y que es espacioso.

El calentador de agua que va a pilas para el encendido y es demasiado pequeño para dar abasto por lo que no sale agua caliente continuamente, a cada rato salía el agua fría. Esto no es una nota negativa pero este año ha habido una plaga de mosquitos tigre por lo que hay que llevarse protección amazónica sino te comen.
