The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas hobs and 2 electric hobs, guaranteeing comfort and functionality. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the villa includes a laundry room for added convenience.

Standing out on the exterior, you will find a charming wooden pergola that houses a brick barbecue, offering an ideal place to enjoy sunny days with views of the imposing Ifach rock. The 8x4 metre swimming pool perfectly complements the outdoor space. The villa has a fully fenced plot and offers parking space for two vehicles.
