Perfect location ! We took partial sea view room with jacuzzi . It was very comfortable and clean . It was very nice to view the sunset from the jacuzzi every night . I would definitely visit here again . Perfect breakfast and staff .

It was one of the best experiences I ever had! First, it's a beautiful hotel, very well organized, everything clean and with great food. Second, the view of the sunset it's just amazing! My room was right in front, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Lastly and more important, the Staff and the people of the hotel. Always, close, looking to assist, very quick and kind. I want to highlight 4 of them that were incredible: Bruno ( was our first contact, as we were a bit lost and he kindly guided us), foivos another amazing guy always driving us around with a beautiful smile and happy to help, then Katarine from the breakfast and lunch - what an energy and smile and finally Chara from reception, super kind to us. Congrats and I'm sure I will be back!!

Staff was very friendly and professional. The location has a great view and since there is always a little wind the heat was really easy to handle. Pool area was great and not crowded, we enjoyed the free fruits that were provided at the pool.

The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet which we enjoyed. The only problem was they poached eggs were always cooked to much, the staff took constructive criticism and improved immediately. In general the bar restaurant area was not very busy which was a bit depressing but private though....

The staff and service in the hotel was amazing. You're always looked after and breakfast is amazing at the hotel. The hotel looks incredible and the views are so good. They have a separate path to Oia which takes 5 mins to get to. Can't complain.

This is a proper 5 star property. Clean, great staff, beautiful views. Very close to Oia but separate enough to step out of the business. An oasis of calm. Absolutely first class.

It is a luxury property. So beautiful and wonderful. The people were so helpful and the food was wonderful.

Un souvenir mémorable ! Certainement une des plus belles chambres d'hôtel dans laquelle j'ai pu séjourner, où tout est bien pensé / agencé / décoré avec de belles matières. A 5-10 min du centre d'Oia et de la foule, une fois rentrés dans l'hôtel on passe les portes du calme -L'accueil et le personnel étaient aux petits soins et discrets à la fois -La chambre était très spacieuse. La salle de bain magnifique, bien pensée et une vue de la mer/terrasse depuis la sdb superbe. La cerise sur le gâteau : le jacuzzi, dans lequel on peut passer des heures (pas trop chaud, pas trop froid, juste parfait, et nettoyé tous les jours sans être dérangés). Et que dire de LA VUE juste incroyable, c'était entre autre pour ça qu'on venait, et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Pas de vis-à-vis entre les appartements, pas de route passante devant nous. -Le petit déjeuner était magnifique, varié et très bon que ce soit le sucré ou le salé + les pâtisseries faites maison à s'en rouler par terre. Jus d'orange pressé et cafés divers à la demande (accueil du petit déjeuner très sympathique, on a le sentiment d'être "à la maison" et dans un cocon) -Le spa : j'ai fait un massage "aromatology" => parfait, certainement un des massages du dos les plus agréables que j'ai eu, merci à Elena -Les deux piscines avec une très belle vue + les cocktails du bar très bons / originaux Bref : on se sent chez soi (voire mieux), on pourrait / voudrait rester plus longtemps sans souci ou crainte de s'ennuyer Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'expérimenter la salle de sport en plein air et les cours de yoga qui avaient l'air très agréable mais entre les visites / profiter de la détente il fallait choisir, une autre fois ! En tout cas aucun doute, si on revient à Santorin, nous reviendrons ici :)

Le téléphone près du lit qui fait un peu trop de lumière la nuit pour mon conjoint Les piscines non chauffées un peu fraîches en cette fin de saison (mi octobre), nous avons pu nager un peu mais on ne reste pas 1h en statique

Samen met mijn nichtje een 4-tal nachten mogen verblijven op dit zeer aangenaam resort! Liggend in de zon en bij het fijne zwembad, is het moeilijk te beseffen dat je om de hoek de toeristische hectiek hebt van Oia. De kamer had een ruime afmeting, heerlijke (stort)douche en we hadden het genoegen om aan het begin van de avond buiten op het terras te zitten met een fantastische zonsondergang en een goed glas Griekse witte wijn van het huis. Ontbijtbuffet was rijkelijk en gevarieerd en de service was in het algemeen van hoog niveau. Kortom, we hebben een erg mooie herinnering erbij om nooit te vergeten!

Absolutamente Todo! La pieza con jacuzzi privado en la terraza fue espectacular. Las habitaciones son muy privadas y tienen una vista increíble al sunset. El hotel queda a poco minutos caminando a OÍA y para mí la ubicación fue perfecta. Volvería mañana

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, todo bastante nuevo y limpio. Ell entorno unico con una posición para ver el atardecer que seguramente sea la mejor de la isla.

Es una pena porque las instalaciones son increíbles pero el nivel de servicio no va a corde con un hotel de 5 estrellas lujo como quieren ser. El nivel de servicio es muy mejorable y pongo varios ejemplos: - A la llegada sobre las 17.00 nos hicieron esperar 25 minutos para llevarnos a la habitación con el buggy y vimos que ofrecían welcome drink a unos si y otros no. Tiene poca importancia pero tambien poco sentido tiene eso que lo gestionen así. - Fuimos con coche y se encargan de aparcarlo en un parking exterior ya que el hotel es bastante grande. Cuando pedimos el coche, nos llevaron a nosotros directamente al parking con un buggy pero no nos dieron ni las llaves del coche asi que tuvimos que volver a pie a por las llaves y volver al parking caminando. Y despues de 15 minutos de idas y vueltas andando llegamos al parking para salir del hotel y no nos habian dado el codigo de salida para abrir la barrera. No hay telefono, telefonillo o forma de comunicarse con el front desk desde el parking así que tuvimos que llamar por tlf para que nos lo dieran. Conclusión, mala gestión y mucha desinformación desde el front desk. - El desayuno no está mal pero no hay mucha variedad de cosas ni ofrecen opciones de Gluten free de ningún tipo, extraño para un hotel 5 estrellas. - Hay una piscina espectacular con vistas al atardecer, pero inexplicablemente la piscina cierra a las 18.00 cuando el atardecer era sobre las 19.00. Sinceramente esto me pareció increible xq repito que las instalaciones y el sitio es espectacular y no lo explotan como deberían. El lounge bar estaba abierto pero no te dejan usar las tumbonas de la piscina, ni bañarte....sin palabras. - Por último, despues de cada desayuno que estaba incluido, el chico de la limpieza cuando pasa por la tarde o incluso al hacer el check out, te piden si quieres dejar propina. Esto nunca lo había visto.

Que dire ? Tout était absolument parfait, du début à la fin. Le personnel est aux petits soins, avec des attentions personnalisées plus qu’appréciables. Merci, merci, et encore merci ! La nourriture est un vrai délice, et les cocktails sont préparés avec passion et savoir-faire. Un véritable havre de paix… Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

Rien à redire, tout était parfait.

Ik heb in mijn leven veel gereisd en laat zelden een review achter, maar voor dit hotel maak ik met plezier een uitzondering. Wat mij betreft verdient het een beoordeling die boven het hoogst mogelijke cijfer uitstijgt. Vanaf het eerste moment straalt dit hotel professionaliteit, rust en luxe uit. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd: de sfeer is sereen, het interieur klassiek en stijlvol, en de service is van uitzonderlijk hoog niveau. Je wordt compleet ontzorgd. De kamer en faciliteiten zijn van topkwaliteit. Alles is brandschoon, en er is duidelijk veel aandacht besteed aan elk detail — van inrichting tot voorzieningen. Het voelt als thuiskomen in een wereld van comfort en klasse. Kortom: een dikke vette aanrader. Dit hotel zet de standaard waar anderen nog een voorbeeld aan mogen nemen.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist einfach toll, das Personal ist super und sehr aufmerksam. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Jeden Morgen wird ein köstliches Frühstück serviert, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die den Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gestalten. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und diese Erfahrung zu wiederholen.

La struttura è situata a 10 minuti a piedi (da percorrere in salita) dal centro di Oia. È una struttura molto bella e accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere sono dotate di una piscina privata con acqua riscaldata, una vera goduria, dalla quale si può ammirare il tramonto. Buona la colazione, staff molto gentile.

Per quello che costa, mi aspettavo una posizione più comoda. Infatti, il percorso è in salita prima di arrivare ad Oia. Anche il parcheggio è leggermente distante dalla struttura stessa (sempre in salita).

La localisation est parfaite car à 5min à pied du centre de Oia ce qui permet d’être au calme mais très poche du centre. La chambre équipée du bain à remous avec vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil était incroyable. Petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet excellent. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous reviendrons et recommanderons cet hôtel !

Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la habitación estuvo muy bien, ropa de cama y toallas muy buenas, esta muy cerca de la zona comercial y central de OIA, un desayuno con productos muy buenos.

No me gusto el restaurante, no sólo por la exagerada demora que tuvimos en la primera cena, una hora esperando, sino porque cene muy incomodo, había viento y estaba frío, el Hotel sólo cuenta con restaurantes al aire libre, dato no menor. Porque en un lugar como Santorini, donde los vientos son frecuentes, no tienen ni desayunador, ni restaurante cerrado. POr otro lado, y producto del viento, la pileta de la habitación estuvo 4 días sucia, no la vinieron a limpiar. Un error importante. Porque tanto la comodidad del desayunador-restaurante, como la pileta de la habitación es parte de lo que uno paga en ese hotel 5 estrellas. Tratan de compensarte, diciendote que tienen mantas para el frío cuando uno cena. La verdad, no tengo ganas de tener una manta sobre mis hombros cuando estoy cenando.

Hotel Magnifique, personnel bienveillant, adorable et aux petits soins. Prestations d'excellentes qualités. L'hôtel offre un souffle de liberté et de bonheur à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville de Oia. Cela permet d'être proche des ruelles magnifiques sans être dans un hôtel en plein milieu du centre ville et chargé pour l'accès. Vraiment un bonheur en tout point de vue. Le personnel est incroyable. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Nous recommandons à tous. La suite Honeymoon 820 Magnifique. Une belle découverte dans cet hôtel très ressent et pourtant au top du top à l'écoute de tous les clients. Idéal en couple.

Pas assez d'eau fraiche dans le mini bar de la chambre. Pas assez de chaînes sur la TV et usage compliqué.

Vista perfeita, excelente localização em Oia. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Fomos recebidos com espumante e frutas em nosso quarto.

Demora para retirada do carro, ligamos antes de sair do quarto e ainda assim, esperávamos mais de 20 minutos na recepção.
