Le Bord de Seine - Paris

The owner was very courteous. The property had great natural light which made the property look bigger that it really is. The beds were comfortable and the location was a short walk to the river with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The location is further off from the city but has decent metro and bus connectivity. For folks coming from either of the train stations would recommend taking a his rather than the metro as the bus stop is close by and metro stations in Paris do not have elevator or escalators which makes travelling with luggage onerous

It would have been nice to have a microwave, even though other kitchen appliances were there. A coupe of additional things around cleanliness which we thought were lacking -1) there were utensils still in the dishwater and we were not sure whether they were cleaned or not, 2) the coffee maker still had water inside possible from a previous user, 3) the electric kettle too had water inside and also a spoon, the kettle because of this stagnant water was quite dirty and had scaled and 4) while the bath towels it appeared had been washed they did smell, however we anyways washed them in the washing machine provided so it was not much of a concern. In addition there was no body wash in the shower.

Апартаментът е с чудесно местоположение, в спокоен и безопасен квартал, в непосредствена близост до спирки на градски транспорт, ресторанти, места за кафе и закуски, магазини за хранителни стоки. Домакинът Франк беше много учтив, на разположение и отзивчив особено предвид по-ранното ни пристигане, даде ни чудесни препоръки за хапване в района, комуникацията с него беше лесна и своевременна. Жилището е обзаведено с вкус, имаше почти всичко необходимо за престоя ни, леглото беше много удобно, но обновяване на текстила на леглото в спалнята би било добре, както и да има душ-гел за тяло в банята, тъй като имаше само сапун. От терасата на апартамента се вижда река Сена. Бяхме отседнали за четири нощувки и престоят ни беше много приятен и положителен. Препоръчваме да го посетите!

Би било добре да се обърне внимание на почистващия персонал, защото имахме съмнение при пристигането ни,че чаршафите са за смяна или малко остарели, не сме съобщавали на домакина, тъй като ни направи жест да се настаним по-рано. В кухненския кът за четири-пет дни престой имаше само две капсули за кафе за двама души. Може би са само комплимент от домакина, но в машината имаше поне четири използвани вече капсули при пристигането ни. Част от прозорците имат проблеми със затварянето плътно, но в жилището беше топло и сигурно.

A lovely, modern apartment in a great location for Roland Garros and the Eiffel Tower. Clean and smart. We were welcomed warmly and everything was explained to us. Local restaurants and bars were also excellent.

Très bel apartment. Très bien agencé. Nous y avons dormi à 4 et c'était suffisamment spacieux, avec une belle luminosité. Frank est un propriétaire très agréable, réactif et qui nous a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ. Le quartier est top, calme comme décrit.

En revanche, étant donné que les portes du balcon ne ferment dans aucune des deux pièces, on entend bien le bruit de la rue. Une fois les volets baissés, ça va mais ça reste limite si vous êtes sensible comme moi. Le reste de ma famille n'a pas été perturbé. À savoir si vous avez besoin de silence pour dormir. La cuisine est aussi équipée de manière minimaliste: Assez pour un repas rapide à 2, ou un petit déjeuner. Mais si vous souhaitez faire plus, ça se compliquera. Avec tous les bons restaus dans le coin, c'est un petit bémol et puis les cuisines dans les appartements parisiens sont en général similaires. Pas une exception.
