Posizione ottima. Quarterie teanquillo con molti posti dove fare colazione, pranzo, cena. 30 minuti a piedi e arrivi alla torre eiffel Metro a 6 minuti a piedi su una linea (8) comoda per le principali destinazioni
Da segnalare tra la descrizione che è al 4 piano senza ascensore (per me non è stato un problema. Ma meglio specificarlo). Da ggiungere degli appendini in bagno per gli asciugamani.

L'appartement était très bien situé par rapport à notre activité (concert au Dôme de Paris), accès facile à un parking spacieux et facile d'accéder au métro qui est très proche. Assez bien équipé pour 2 jours, la literie est très confortable malgré que le coussin était assez dur à mon goût. le linge de toilette était propre et en suffisance.
L'état des châssis de fenêtre est désastreux et fait sale. Dès notre entrée dans l'appartement on a senti une odeur d'humidité ambiante. Châssis de la chambre et la salle de bain noirs de moisissures. Fenêtre de la salle de bain qui ne s'ouvre pas donc impossible d'aérer et la ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Fenêtre donc aussi très sale.
