The apartment was lovely and clean, with great charm but lots of mod-cons as well. The neighbourhood is gorgeous with a fabulous Boulangerie/Patisserie across the street along with two very good restaurants. The subway is only a block or so away and not nearly as complicated to maneuvre as I thought it might be. Paris itself was all decked out in fall colours and we loved every minute there or back in the apartment, Thank you Monique and I hope we get back to stay another time soon.

Super quiet apartment located in a calm neighbourhood. Spacious ( for Paris), really clean and very functional. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the photos. Communication with Monique was very easy and she was really helpful and accommodating. À great home base for visiting Paris. We hope to return.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you would need to feel at home. Fantastic restaurants within blocks, many markets and pharmacies right in walking distance. The metro station was a five minute walk. Staying here let us experience what living in Paris is like, yet close enough to the metro to get to major sights and museums easily. Thank you for sharing your lovely home .

Wonderful apartment close to the river (you can view the Eiffel Tower in the evening), there's a delicious little bakery and a market less than a block away. The area is quiet, clean and safe! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this apartment when visiting Paris!

We loved every minute of our stay in this wonderful rental! It started with the white glove treatment at check-in with Maria, the charming property manager, who was also there to help us with check-out at the end of our stay. Maria showed us everything in the apartment, helped us get oriented to the neighborhood, and even helped us get our cab to the airport! She was easy to reach and very responsive with all the questions we had during our stay. The apartment itself is every bit as graceful and beautiful as it looks in the photos. It's very quiet, which is important to my noise-sensitive spouse! Every detail inside has been thoughtfully arranged, not just for utility but to maximize comfort. The street it resides on is quaint, providing ready access to busses and metro stops. The Bois de Boulogne is an easy walk away, offering a lovely hike around a scenic lake, the Vuitton Foundation and more. There's also a top notch restaurant, Alegria, right across the street where we had a very romantic meal. You'll want to make a reservation!Paris can be very crowded and chaotic in tourist season. This neighborhood was an oasis of calm - just as we hoped. All the beauty of Paris without the crowds! Added bonus - the Tour De France passed by just a couple of blocks away. So we were able to see it live and snap a few photos for our envious friends. Again, without fighting our way through crowds. If we're ever in Paris again, we'll be hoping this property is available!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to amenities and transportation. There’s some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and a police police talk to kitchen. I would stay there again! Thank you so much, Monique.

Comfortable, homely, clean and convenient to bus transport and supermarkets, bakeries and open air market. We would definitely stay here again. Our stay was relaxing and our hostess made sure that we were provided with all the necessaties for a great holiday.

My family loved staying at the flat. My kids, ages 12 and 14, enjoyed it the most. It was nice to hear them talking at night as they shared the twin room. Of course, they also loved the free WiFi (which worked great). The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink, which is very beneficial when you have a teenage daughter. We felt safe there the entire time, and we loved the location. We enjoyed dinner at La Cantina and Sapore (few minutes walk). And we visited the corner pastry shop and grocery store almost daily (also few minutes walk). We easily walked to the metro to go to our destinations (usually around 20 minutes away). Maria and Monique were both wonderful, and I used Google Translate app for the things I did not understand. We decided to leave a little early, and I text Maria on WhatsApp (in French after translating), and she came quickly over to check us out. (Maria and I also text on WhatsApp prior to arrival to let her know the time.). It was a very smooth process, and extremely nice to have a home away from home to relax after a fun busy sightseeing day.

We were looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, and safe. This stay was PERFECT! We took taxis/bolts to most places. Inexpensive and easy. There’s a pharmacy around the corner. Restaurants and a small grocery in the same block. The beds and linens smelled so nice. I used the washing Machine and it worked well. Very nice kitchen. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, easy walks to many places. Make sure to go to isle of swans and eat at La Cantina. I’d definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Metro stops, bakeries, restaurants and market within a half block away and the check in process was seamless. Monique's communication throughout the process was appreciated.

We had a great stay. Nice area of the city. Our host spoke only French so that was a struggle. An alarm was set for the middle of the night in a locked area which was frustrating.

My mom and I went to Paris for the first time and we are so grateful we found this little oasis of an apartment. We stayed 9 days! There’s a bakery, grocery, and restaurant steps away from the apartment. We loved all the security features of two women alone in Paris and allowed us to feel very comfortable, plus the neighborhood is quiet and safe with very little traffic. Close to all the transportation stops! Just be aware that it will take ~30 minutes to get to many of the central Paris things by public transit, which we didn’t mind at all, especially taking a bus into town as a free site seeing tour of the city. Also try the Asian restaurant down the street called Le Palais du Bonheur! The owner is amazing and gave us so many helpful tips plus the food is delicious, so much so we ate there three times!
Two important notes: (1) Maria is VERY nice but doesn’t speak English so when you’re doing the check in process she’ll show you everything but you kind of have to infer from her hand gestures. (2) the breaker box is in the top cabinet by the front door in case you accidentally trip something like we did by plugging in a heating pad to our converter. It was easy to switch back on after we finally found it.

This ground floor flat is charming and immaculate, with every amenity for a lovely stay. The host was clear and helpful via VRBO messages, and our onsite contact Maria was outstanding. Our teenagers love not having to share a room with their parents; we all love having a well-equipped kitchen for late night meals. We were even grateful to be in the quiet and friendly 16th arondissment. Nothing we wanted to see was more than 30-45 on the minutes away on the Metro or RER (stops so close!). Lots of food stores and food restaurants right there, plus easy walking distance to rental car and the PSG stadium.

Where to start!! To begin with Monique was very responsive from the moment we booked the apartment. On arrival, Maria, her point person at the apartment was very helpful and got the 4 of us (two 80+ grandparents and two 16 year old granddaughters) of on the right foot. Location was terrific, suggestion to use the bus service also terrific, recommendation to eat at La Cantina, information book, etc, etc. all wonderful. In a nutshell, we would stay here again. Thank you Monique and Maria.

The Accomodation is situated in a quiet small road. It is possible to open the windows during the night to cool the temperatures down without any safty risks. No noise during the night. Excellent shopping opportunities for the dayly needs. The flat has a kitchen which contains everything you could need for possibly cooking dinner for yorself or the family. Mewtro station only away a five minutes walk.

The flat was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter and 2 other adults. Monique and Maria made everything so easy. We were able to go straight to the apartment from the airport even though it was an early morning arrival. Maria showed us all the things we needed to know about the appliances and where everything was located. There was a binder with other important information. The location is near 2 metro stations and there's a small grocery store just up the block. We really enjoyed eating at Sapore on the corner. There were some days with curfews due to some unrest in the area. Monique made sure to let us know what was happening. We always felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Highly recommend this apartment. The host was so helpful and flexible. We stayed 21 days and chose to live like a local. It was just the two of us 69 and 71and we had a lovely time even though the weather was very cold and rainy at times the apartment was warm and cozy. The photos of the kitchen do not do it justice. It is much larger and so very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dishwasher, washer/dryer a bit challenging for non Europeans but we figured it out. Shower had great pressure and nice to have separate toilet room. And the restaurants nearby were amazing. Up the street an Italian up the street was one of our favorites, the bear had one of the best burgers ever and so many more too many to list. Every Tuesday Thursday and Sunday crazy big farmer's market. Neighborhood was so nice and friendly bakery steps away fresh croissants every day. All in all a great stay and highly recommend. The only thing I would add is that the second bedroom only has one actual twin bed but there is a single mattress that would have to be on the floor. For older folks that could be a challenge getting off the floor but for kids and young people not problem. And the actual beds were very comfortable and lots of storage in the closet and shelves. I would go back anytime. Thanks for a great time.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is very quiet, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The Metro is only about an 8 minute walk and the bus stop is right around the corner. We took the bus in the mornings to the museums and it was a short, easy ride where you got to see the scenery and Paris. We used Uber to get to the airport for our departure. They came right to the door and delivered us to our departure terminal for 53 Euros.

The check in process worked very well and we were greeted by the property owner's representative who was very helpful. The apartment itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood to the west of Paris .Transport links are excellent with the Metro, Tram and Bus services close by within walking distance. A taxi from Orly airport takes about 30/35 mins and costs 37euros. The apartment is delightfully furnished, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are several very good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Auteuil itself is a fascinating area with a rich history and some fabulous architecture.
One can easily become a "Parisien" while staying at this property and perhaps dream of living in the city permanently.
We will certainly be staying here again.
Many Thanks Monique for making the property available and being such an excellent host!

This apartment was wonderful. Plenty of space with tasteful decoration, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood in Paris. Two metro lines (9 & 10) nearby for easy access to the main tourist sites. The host is fantastic - she went above and beyond to help us coordinate a taxi to the airport when national transportation strikes would have caused us to miss our flight. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

The accommodations were clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking stuff so we could cook some at home after a busy day of be a tourist. The host was always available via Vrbo to help guide us at times and was much appreciated. It was quiet and we always felt very safe. The court yard was nice and we would have liked to sit out there in the evening but there weren’t any benches or chairs to do so. I would recommend this apartment for a small family or a couple.

Quaint apartment close to bus & metro lines
The apartment was well maintained. The building is secure and residents were kind. The management communicated throughout our booking and responded quickly to our questions/ concerns. The neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants & grocery stores near by. We highly recommend Invictus restaurant across the street.
The 9 subway line is close by. We had to transfer to get most places, but it was a 15 to max 30 minute ride.
Overall a great experience.

A great place to stay in a pleasant neighborhood
This was an excellent choice (our second time at this property). It is near several good restaurants, bakeries, and large and small groceries. It was perfect for the two of us, with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped. Good internet (a key consideration for us) and sufficiently close to the Metro. The property manager is very helpful.

Lovely Apartment
Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Metro and buses to take you anywhere.
We enjoyed shopping at nearby groceries and 3 times a week market on Verailles and then using the well equipped kitchen to cook meals when we weren't out sampling local cuisine.
Dining room table is a wonderful center of activity for dining, reading, writing and enjoying the sights and sounds of rue Boileau.
With family down the block, we hope to visit again.

Great Apartment, Great Location
Fantastic stay at this apartment in the 16th. The apartment is well situated, ground floor and most importantly very quiet. The check in experience was efficient and the apartment had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, linen, towels and all the essentials. The location was perfect for us and everything was at the doorstep. Even parking wasn't too complicated and we managed to find a space directly opposite! Thank you for a great stay, we will be back.

A lovely welcome makes all the difference. The ground floor apartment has everything we needed. A spacious lounge room with dining table. Books and music, enough for many weeks of listening and reading. It's a great base for exploring Paris, at the edge of Zone 1, with easy access to all the sights. Alternatively you can sample the markets and the nearby shops, so that you don't need to go anywhere. When we did want to explore, we preferred Porte Saint Cloud as our metro station, since Avenue de Versailles has more great alternatives for supplies. The house is well equipped, with all the appliances as advertised, including fast internet. The main bedroom has a double bed, with a single bed in the second bedroom. There are radiators in each room, so it is warm and comfortable, even in mid winter.A great place to stay. Thoroughly recommended for couples.

Paris Trip
I can't say enough about how well treated we were by Monique and Maria. They were so gracious and helpful. I used the information book that Monique had put together frequently - It really helped us to get around. The property was perfect for us since we did not want to be in a touristy area . We experienced, at least for a short while, the lifestyle of the neighborhood - walking - catching buses, taxis, bakery, grocery shopping, etc!! Would love to come back!!!
