The flat was as you would expect for the money but gaining access was a nightmare. The code sent through didn’t work and after calling the helpline we received a further 8 codes ranging from 6-10 digits over 20 minutes. With the helpline calling the accom manager to gain further codes. We then had a repeat on leaving again having to call the helpline. It would be so much easier to provide the code for the fare with a luck box inside…
