We had a wonderful get together with family in a great home.

The property was a great size for the 6 adults that were there. Great facilities in a fantastic walkable to everything location. The beds were very comfortable too.

It was a lovely break with my two sisters for my bday.

It was a nice property, all amenities there and very close to the sea, restaurant's etc

I think at the front door a blind very exposed. Also shower needs some adjusting. In main bedroom winter duvet now. No other complaints. Family next door gave no problems although quite rude.

Beautiful house and decor ..nice little welcoming touches .Good location . Very comfy beds . Master bedroom is gorgeous .

The neighbour next door was a royal pain soon as we got up on the Sunday morning she was banging the front door and spoke very aggressively regarding parking warning us not to block her in which we had not at all . She preceeded to completely call the owners of the property re a drop kerb and that they were ripping us off . She has so many cats you can smell them and one day her dog climbed onto the roof and tried to get in the bedroom window . Its such a shame she needs sorting out as i can imagine this greets everyone that stays in this lovely house . We told her to go away but someone else may feel intimidated by her .

Attractively appointed and comfortable accomodation.

Location was good for grandchildren 10 to 15yrs to easily find and use the leisure center and other amenities in Hunstanton. Could park car on a street in the area.

Couldn't find any instructions on product name or model number for the dishwasher so for several days could not use it. Problem only solved when a relation arrived and managed to get it to work!!

Would definitely revisit

Lovely looking property, well kitted out and gorgeous dressing throughout, ideally located so you don't have to drive every day.

It wouldn't stop me from booking again and entirely out of the property's control but next door absolutely stinks of cats, I am allergic so maybe more sentive to it than most, so garden couldn't be sat in by us. Luckily the house was perfect to relax in.

Supposed to have private parking but sign saying no parking,never had to park too far away but having elderly parents with me it was one of my top priorities when booking.Wasn’t a huge problem

A lovely escape from it all stones throw from the beach.

The place was clean with pristine linens, all expected or needed items were there, Decorated very well with chic furnishings, and prices on lots of the items that I assume could be then bought at the shop that owns the house - 10 minutes down the road. I really loved the kissing cats on the mantle. The welcome package was very thoughtful and the soaps and air fresheners were really lovely scented. It was like a boutique hotel but with far more room than you'd get in a suite. When returning to Hunstanton I would not hesitate to stay here again. Minutes walk from beach, and Tesco, everything you need at fingertips.

The only thing was we aren't dog people and there was a little dog scent on one chair and one bed - I don't think it hadn't been cleaned, I think previous people who stayed did not follow rules and were on furniture they should not have been. If you have dogs, as the place is dog friendly then this won't be an issue at all. But if allergic to dogs might be an issue? It was really not a big deal at all.

Nice relaxing stay - would be happy to return to this cottage.

Spotlessly clean, generous supplies of foodstuffs provided. Excellent location five minutes walk to the beach and to a Marston's pub (good food) Tesco even closer. Very comfortable all round.

Amazing time reconnecting as a family

The house was very well equipped and homely, the decor was beautiful and the welcome pack on arrival was very thoughtful, we will definitely book and stay here again

The only thing was no frosting or blind on the front door you could see right through the house to the bathroom

Lovely family holiday

The house was in walking distance to the town very handy lovely details to the house .

The parking not very easy with a no dropped kerb to actually park ,we did say we had to park two cars ,but not possible .So we only parked off the road and family parked on the road side.Which at some times not that easy at night times.Very busy area with others trying to park too.Would also suggest a four slice toaster would be very helpful when you have more then two people staying .

Great stay, would defiantly stay again and recommend to friends and family

There was a lovely welcome pack with all the basics in. Checking in was just a case of being emailed a code for the key box so we could arrive whenever we wanted after 3pm. great location! the house was equipped with everything you need for a break away. we booked the stay last minute and that didn't seem to have any impact on the quality of preparation of the property.

the only thing I would change would possibly be a more comfortable mattress but I do appreciate one mattress isn't suitable for everyone
