Nice view. Spacious room. Cool host.
Not so much restaurant or bistro in the area. But that's it, if you're not too picky about eating, this shouldn't be problem for you.

The room was huge with a big sofa, 2 smaller seats and a table. The views are beautiful and everything felt top notch. It have parking and the price for the date I needed was very good. The neighborhood is a story site and is very interesting and beautiful. It is a true hidden gem.
You can hear the neighbor's steps from the upper floor, not really the hotel's fault

Everything was exactly as on the photos, good facilities, nice room. Fast responses from the owner.
Far from nearest conbini, the nearest restaurants closes at 5PM, finding the parking is not obvious, no inforation could be found by me before I texted the owner, who explained it to me
