    We arrived earlier than our check-in time, it's good that we can store our luggages in their reception. It's like a 15min walk to the main fun street of Osaka, still we opted to walk to roam the streets.

    The staff at Randor Hotel are top tier. When I arrived, my luggage was already in my room. We off to a great start until I realized the room smell like there was water damage, so advised the staff, Shiho. She took action immediately, reached out to management and eventually changed my room which turned out to be better than the original. The room was great but the staff really made my stay memorable

    Great location with friendly and attentive staff. Room was much larger than expected. Located 10 feet away from Ebisucho Station entrance which can take you straight to Namba Walk and then Dottonbori. Ogimachi is further down the same line. Very very convenient. Thank you so much Randor Hotel team for accommodating our much needed vacation in the best city in the world!

    Room was dirty & location was sketchy (red light district vibe). I would not recommend especially if you have kids traveling with you.
