    We had a pleasant stay at Y&Y Namba Hotel. Room area was larger than average which we really appreciated. The staff were approachable, and the location was very convenient. It was near convenience stores and a short walk to train stations. The bathroom was a little small but it was forgivable considering the pros above. Also, the room didn’t have a full body mirror so we had to rely on pocket mirrors aside from the one in the bathroom. Overall, we had a great stay and we would consider to book again. Hopefully a full body mirror will be available next time :)

    Budget friendly but don’t expect room cleaning. Basically it’s clean when you checked in but if you request for cleaning, you’ll be charged 5000 yen. Also, if you want new towels everyday, you have to bring your used towels on the tenth floor where they have fresh towels. The front lobby is only attended between 10am and 5pm if your arriving before 10 or after 5, you’ll have to checkin using the tablet.

    As solo travel and stay 4days here sooo wonderful, location in namba so close to shopping or just go around attraction, 500m from namba st and the room bit small but for solo thats was so good... You can relax.. One thing The walls are thin so it sounds loud if the room next door is noisy, 2 nights next to me is very crowded.

    I would like to raise a few concerns regarding our stay at your hotel. When we arrived, there was a blood stain on the bed sheet and only realized the next night (too tired too bz). Unfortunately, I was unable to request an immediate change because we consistently left and returned to the hotel outside of housekeeping working hours, and it was only addressed on our last day. Additionally, my daughter slipped and fell inside the bathroom, which is quite small and felt unsafe. The bathroom in the other room, where my husband and two sons stayed, also raised concerns. The toilet door has an opening gap of approximately 2–3 inches, which allows odors to spread throughout the entire room whenever the toilet is used. Maybe for solo traveller, yes this hotel is very suitable . Staffs are very nice.
