    You can walk easily to the fun! Kids loved that they have lots of games including one in your room. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to please

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Mimaru Namba Annex! We are returning customers of Mimaru, having previously stayed at the Namba Station branch, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed with the experience! Mimaru Namba Annex is a brand-new hotel that opened in October 2026, and everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. As always, the front desk staff stood out for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and helpfulness. The hotel is also exceptionally clean, and we especially appreciate the strong sense of safety and security throughout our stay. It is reassuring to know that we can count on Mimaru for consistent quality and service across its branches. Thank you to the team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely consider Mimaru again for our next trip to Japan and would happily recommend it to families and travellers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay! ❤️

    I stayed at Mimaru in Kyoto so I had high expectations. Although overall the hotel delivered on the insanely good location (5 min from namba), the hotel service was lackluster being run by foreigners who didn’t really put that Japanese service at the forefront. Overall still good service but not great . Room cleaning also left rags and sponge on the floor. It was a 7/10, whilst my Kyoto experience was 8-9/10
