    Rooms are spacious for a family of 4 with 4 big luggages. Washing machine and balcony for drying clothes were a big plus. Beds are big. Location is right next to Shinsaibashi shopping street. Staff also very frieny.

    The hotel was very nice. And closed to shopping area. It would be great if could provided more mineral waters.

    Perfect for family of 4 to 5. The room is clean and feels like new; size is very spacious and enough for your luggages. Rooms have washing machines and balconies. Plus its situated between Shinsaibashi and Homachi stations where we rode easily going to Nara and Kyoto...

    choose this hotel because saw the review. 1st, arrived to hotel only 1 lift which unexpected. 2nd, room cleaning only provide every 3 days once. i still can accept this. 3rd, during check-in staff told if need mineral water can go to reception & take. after 5th day & inform procedure been changed & no give free water. what is this sudden changed of procedure? every hotel should free mineral water with follow how many people stay. Really radicurous & cannot accept at all. if not beause of the review not so bad & i will not choose this hotel.
