Athena Apartment- Ortigia Holidays

En pleno centro de Ortigia, genial para pasear por las noches, además de todo lo que ofrecía el apartamento.

Las almohadas muy incómodas y los colchones si recomiendo que mejoren en especial la de la habitación principal . Es bueno avisar a los huéspedes que es importante llegar antes de las horas puntas por la noche, ya que para encontrar aparcamiento es casi misión imposible.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Está bastante bien equipado, tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y 2 baños, lo cual se agradece. El personal con el que hablamos fue amable.

Como puntos negativos señalaría la entrada al edificio que es bastante espantosa y que el aire de la habitación pequeña nos goteó sobre el burro donde se cuelga la ropa.

Ez egy nagyon színvonalas és felszerelt lakás. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek. Az elhelyezkedése is kiváló, a belváros szívében van. Előre behűtve vártak minket. Előbb érkeztünk, de már a csomagjainkat otthagyhattuk, mielőtt átvettük volna a szállást. A személyzet az előkészületek alatt vigyázott rájuk.

The apartment is in a good location and is decorated nicely. Giorgia was helpful organising transfers for us and was always easily contactable

The entrance to the property is extremely run down looking and lined with bins and I thought I was in the wrong place until I telephoned to check. The apartment had a strong fishy garbage odour at times. The bathrooms were cramped. We had no water from 7pm until 10am so I had to go to dinner unwashed after a day at the beach. I was not impressed that we were blamed for taking long showers and then told it was a pressure issue for all of Ortigia. I was offered a shower at another apartment but not until I had to leave for our dinner reservation. I didn’t appreciate being told a family of four are unable to take sufficient showers with the apartment’s facilities.
