Ottima posizione centrale e comoda per gli spostamenti .Appartamento fornito di tutto.

Appartamento abbastanza pulito ma... materasso indecente, una grave carenza. Una delle due stanze da letto è troppo piccola. Nel complesso è andata bene, peccato per il materasso...e la biancheria ...

Struttura pulita e posizione centrale. C’è tutto quello che serve per viversi un’esperienza unica ad ortigia.

The location is really super, right in the city center. Spacious apartment with two bedroom, one is really big and nice with the shower and WC inside the other is small with the shower and WC outside but right next door. This is in an old building of course ( in the city center) with 30 steps which is no problem every day only with the luggage. We did not cook but it seemd that there were lots of everything for cooking. The living room is really big and nice to sit down in the evening to plan the next day. We stayed for a week. Everything was great so we did not need much help from the staff but they provided ( transfer and extra pair of keys) quickly and kindly. Thank you we were very happy here

Cant think of anything except the pile of waist/rubish we have to walk through to go inside. But that is not their fault but the system of the city.

The apartment is in a good location and is decorated nicely. Giorgia was helpful organising transfers for us and was always easily contactable

The entrance to the property is extremely run down looking and lined with bins and I thought I was in the wrong place until I telephoned to check. The apartment had a strong fishy garbage odour at times. The bathrooms were cramped. We had no water from 7pm until 10am so I had to go to dinner unwashed after a day at the beach. I was not impressed that we were blamed for taking long showers and then told it was a pressure issue for all of Ortigia. I was offered a shower at another apartment but not until I had to leave for our dinner reservation. I didn’t appreciate being told a family of four are unable to take sufficient showers with the apartment’s facilities.
