Good appartement in Tonale's Gran Baita
Very friendly staff communication, very helpful instructions documents for apartment guests. Newly refurbished appartement with some acceptable flaws. Good value for money. Location of apartments in Gran Baita building is still very good for skiers (350m from lifts) and close to the village and shops.
Location advertised on Booking was 50m from slopes, reality 350m to the hill. This was disappointing. Also hard to find since the map location by address was misleading to the parking lot 300m away. Strange coincidence. You'd better to advertise it is inside of building complex of Gran Baita, just not to confuse the apartment guests. Although apartment was refurbished newly quite well, the kitchen had no good light, no cooker hood, just unfinished open hole in the ceiling. Bath room had broken shower head holder already...

Poměr cena výkon nad očekávání , čisto , teplo , útulno , auto v garáži .
Bezproblémová komunikace , majitelka je krajanka . Všechny dotazy řešeny okamžitě ku prospěchu . Na sjezdovku celkem blízko i pěšky , kdo chce může využít skibus . Pokoj čistý , vybavený i na menší vaření , teplo , klid . co víc si přát . Jeli jsme si pořádně zalyžovat ne na wellness
není co , jen snad lyžáky bych si příště bral na pokoj a nenechával je jak je uvedeno v provozním řádu v lyžárně - nevyschnou .

Appartamento molto accogliente, curato e pulito. Zona centrale comoda a tutti i servizi. Molto bello lo spazio esterno e molto utile il posto auto coperto. Proprietaria gentilissima e veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta .

L'appartamento è comodo, funzionale, curato, vicino ai servizi. Inserito in un residence con reception. Garage molto utile. Vista bellissima del ghiacciaio.

Dobré, krásný výhled, poloha blízko sjezdovek a centra.
Komunikace s paní Markétou na výbornou! Vše bylo zasláno ve zprávě na mobil v dostatečném předstihu s krásným popisem. Přístup do pokojů je trochu strašidelný - hlavně pro děti. Jde se z podzemního parkoviště chodbami několika a pokoj jsme měli až na samém konci dlouhé úzké chodby. Pokoj menší, ale stačilo. Čistý a vybavení vše co jsme potřebovali. Potěšilo navíc ve vybavení - jar, utěrka, fén (to nebývá zcela běžné). výhled z pokoje krásný. Jinak vše fungovalo v pořádku - uzamčená podzemní garáž. Dostatek teplé vody, teplo v pokoji. V docházkové blízkosti sjezdovky (i když do hodně prudkého kopce) obchod, centrum, restaurace. Lyžárnu jsem nepoužili -jezdili jsme autem, poloha je velmi blízko, ale do prudšího kopce.
V pokoji jsme měli rozkládací pohovku - nepohodlná, pro dvě dospělé osoby nevyhovující, velmi měkká, kovová konstrukce vrzající. Postel v ložnici byla v pořádku.
