- The incredible view which is the reason why we booked this accommodation
- The location which was near Waterfront, our favorite spot
- The apartment itself was quite nice
- The staff we talked to on WhatsApp was kind and available for any questions
- The staff at the front desk didn’t pay attention to us and were quite rude at times.
- The I.D face recognition wasn’t working properly and we had to redo it every other day which was annoying after a long day on an excursion

Great to stay here, Modern and cozy, we love this apartment. The location is at the city center. Thank you so much for welcome drink with champagne and snacks. Really nice!

The view was beautiful.
Communication from the agent was very poor. The Booking.com app states that check-in is from 14:00–18:00. We requested to check in at 14:00, but no agent was available and we were told to come back later. We arrived at 17:50 and still had to wait for an agent, only to then be charged a R350 late check-in fee. We were never informed beforehand that this fee would apply.
