The key attendant was there waiting for me. It was easy to return the key.
There is no storage on-site for guests to leave their luggages after check-out.

The property is huge and comfortable to live in and having two en suite was great.
The balcony is small, the wifi wasn’t that great, no complimentary still water. Most of the hotel staff were nice however, the service at the restaurant/buffet was too slow, buffet options isn’t a lot and the hotel reception didn’t want to provide their wifi password; the division between the hotel and property isn’t nice, the treatment of hotel guest and property guests differs and shows which is disappointing.
