The venue is ideally situated, reasonably priced and very nice.
We enjoyed our stay at in Unit 609, Noise Free, but the unit needs a little Tender Loving Care (TLC):
* Door handle on door to main bedroom was broken.
* Headboard in main bedroom is hanging skew
* Some of the light bulbs need to be replaced as it did not work
* Broken wooden chairs on balcony should be removed for safety reasons although new plastic chairs were available

Problem at arrival time, no reception and asked us to bring the keys from an other location which let us pay more fees to the taxi
