The hotel was clean and close to attractions. All the staff was kind and attentive. Good breakfast. We also got a free upgrage to our room.

We had a wonderful stay at CC Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel very welcome. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, professional, and always accommodating whenever we needed assistance.
A special mention goes to Rogelyn, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with such warmth and attentiveness. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which truly made our mornings brighter. We also want to thank Joshua for kindly helping us reheat our food at the hotel kitchen in the evenings. His willingness to assist us went above and beyond our expectations.
The hotel’s location is also excellent — very convenient and accessible to everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend CC Palace Hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable
The only concern we had was with the air conditioning system. It is centralized, and the heater seemed to be on all the time. Since we are from the Middle East where air conditioning is essential, we found it difficult to breathe comfortably in the room. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. We hope this can be improved for future guests.

Beautiful hotel — everything is new, very clean, and quiet, with a modern design.

Pleasant hotel in a good location to some of the attractions such as the Colluseum & Vittoriana
There was no air conditioning available in the room (Room 203) and it was very noisy with traffic, people etc. outside throughout the night to have the window open for any length of time. Had to wet a small towel each to lay over us! This was mentioned to staff each morning but nothing changed therefore we have come home very tired! It was probably the worse city hotel room I have stayed in for lack of sleep and room temperature!
