The location, the staff, the size of the room and the bathroom
To be excellent it’s just needs a repaint and the bathroom sink area was looking a bit tired

Great location, comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, and very friendly welcoming staff.
The shower was in the same room as the bed, with no door. It didn’t really cause any problems except a bit of water on the floor, but we didn’t realise this was the case when we booked, so just something to keep in mind.

Good location, short walk to everything! Staff cleaned the room everyday and gave us clean towels. The Bath was nice and the shower was pleasant
Room smelt like smoke, when I contacted the owner they said theyd get the staff to clean the room which made it slightly better, but it still affected my asthma. The smell of the soap/hair shampoo/conditioner wasnt to my personal liking. Walls were very thin, could hear the couple next doors conversation basically & the people out the back of the property. No one was on the reception desk the whole five day stay, it would have been nice to have talked to someone face to face about our concerns
