Overall it’s the best location for Mentin.

The location was excellent, near the old area, near the beach and a beautiful view of the sea and boats.

The tv was not easy to operate but that’s normal.

A beautiful apartment right in the middle of the old town of Menton.

The location was excellent - right in the centre of town on one of the oldest streets in menton. The entrance was authentic and opened out into a beautifully converted apartment with a balcony with amazing views of the beach. All the facilities were high standard and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Seaview lovely apartment!

The apartment is super well located, just some meters away from Mentons best beach, and in the middle of the old town, close to restaurants and supermarkets! You can go everywhere walking. Plus it has a beautiful balcony with a perfect sea view ideal for breakfast and dinner ;) Everything is new. Kitchen is well equipped. And host is super nice!

A fabulous, good value appartment in an ideal location.

This is a superb little modernised appartment perfectly located in one of the ancient buildings of the old town, right in the centre of the action whilst being cosy and private. The compact balcony is a real asset, with great views overlooking the marina and one of the loveliest beaches, just a minute’s walk away. Our host was easy to contact and ensured our needs were thoughtfully catered for.

The appt set up is best for couples sharing the pretty bedroom as sofa bed is not the most comfortable for friends sharing.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung, auch im Winter. Im Winter kaum Autostau.

Super Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. U.a. kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Fußweite. Kleiner Balkon mit Meer- & Freizeithafenblick. Innen neu und gepflegt. Ordentliche Beleuchtung überall. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es liegen verständliche Infos aus, wie man sich ins WLAN einloggt. Die Unterkunft selbst hat keinen inkludierten Parkplatz. Es gibt aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das in 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen ist. Mehrtages-Tickets (mit denen man im gebuchten Zeitraum so oft ein- und ausfahren kann wie man will), kann man bereits online vorreservieren. Zum Bahnhof läuft man ca eine Viertelstunde. Für Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte der Cote d'Azur empfiehlt sich die Bahn. Das geht deutlich schneller (auch ohne Stau) als mit dem Auto und die Strecke von Menton nach Nizza ist wunderschön, direkt am Meer entlang. Für die TER-Züge (Regionalzüge) gibt es Tickets (auch online) ohne Zugbindung. In Menton und im Umkreis von 50km gibt es viele wunderschöne zu besichtigende Gärten. Das blüht und grünt es auch im Winter.

Die Bettwäsche hatte Kunstfaserbeimischung (dadurch gart man beim Schlafen etwas im eigenen Saft). Aber das ließe sich ja leicht ändern. Von den im Erdgeschoss liegenden Restaurants wehen manchmal Essensgerüche in das Appartment. Wird haben dann quer gelüftet, das hat das Problem behoben.

Märchenhaft schön inmitten der lebendigen und charmanten Stadt.

Alles sauber, ordentlich, top funktionell und bequem, wie beschrieben. Auch die Übernahme gemäß unserer Wünsche wurde problemlos ermöglicht. Wir hatten eine wundervolle und kostbare Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Der Ausblick war traumhaft, die Nähe zur quirligen Stadt und dem lebendigen Strand ebenfalls. Die Nähe zur sehr schönen Tiefgarage, die schon per Internet zuvor gebucht werden kann, war ebenfalls hilfreich.

Die starken Gerüche der Restaurantküche direkt unter der Wohnung waren störend, Sie schienen teilweise gemeinsam mit Hitze durch deren Abluftschacht auch in die Wohnung einzudringen. Das ließ sich allerdings durch Anschalten der Klimaanlage immer schnell neutralisieren.
