We liked everything. The apartment is in the old town of Menton and overlooks les Sablettes beach. The view from the window is wonderful. Les Sablettes beach is just a few minutes walk; we swam there several times.
Everything that we needed during our 6 day stay was there. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The market was 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There were many restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk (some were even closer).
There is air conditioning. The weather was hot during our stay, so we used the air conditioning a lot; it works well.
The pictures and description of the apartment on the booking.com website give a fair representation of the property. It really is as nice as it looks.
