Nice cozy apartment

Everything was great, it was a super comfortable stay for two nights. Apartment is clean, cozy, quiet and equipped with everything you may need. Host is a very welcoming and carrying!

Great value for money

The property is very confortable, well equiped and close to the center. Underground parking is also available. Great location for a morning stroll in the city, a lunch break with all facilities at the apartment, followed by a nap in a confortable bed, to later enjoy an evening walk in the center. The host is kind and provides helpful information.

🙂 The location, communication with the owner, the comfort of the apartment, coffee machine, laundry, some beer, water and wine in the fridge as a welcome! 🙁 Nothing to dislike, this is in my opinion a premium apartment for the price.

One of the best apartments I rented during my travels

A good apartment close to the city center. It has everything you need and more - espresso machine for example. The host was very attentive.

A school nearby may be a bit noisy if you plan to stay inside during the daytime, but it did not spoil my rest.

The best place to stay for vocation.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location is near of the city center. I enjoyed coffee from the coffee maker. Thanks a lot for the compliment like candies, coffee, etc. The owner speaks English. We're going to come back.

The best apartman for your visit to Subotica

Tanja and Peter are the best host. The apartman is very close to City center in an absolutely new building house. The apartman is a very modern and stylish furnished with all equiment to feel yourself at home.

A beautiful gem in the centre of Subotica!

Very clean, modern apartment with loads of storage, bean-to-cup coffee machine, excellent air conditioning. It’s close to all the shops and the Korzo. Tanja and Petar are very charming hosts, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I commend them on their generous hospitality.

Всё, как дома. Уютно, красиво , тепло.

Расположение удобное, апартаменты тихие, очень чисто, кровать мягкая и хорошие подушки. Есть утюг, кофеварка и все кухонные принадлежности. Вода в бутылках и пиво в холодильнике было в цене номера. Хозяин очень приятный . Пешком до центральной улицы 7 мин.

Zaista lep apartman u novoj zgradi sa liftom , opremljen svime što vam može zatrebati. Poseban plus garaža u suterenu zgrade. Lep pozdrav za domaćina ovog objekta, posetićemo vas ponovo .

Vikend u Subotici

Komunikacija i ljubaznost domaćina, urednost i opremljenost apartmana, lokacija.

Odlično je što postoji garaža ali iako je prostrana, mesto koje pripada ovom apartmanu je dosta usko (ograničeno zidovima sa leve i desne strane) tako da i sa navođenjem i parking senzorima teže ide parkiranje za ne tako veliki auto (Renault Clio, novi model). Odlična je garaža ali samo parking mesto u garaži uopšte nije za pohvalu.

Квартира очень хорошо оснащена всем необходимым для проживания. Заботливый хозяин предусмотрел даже самые незначительные, но полезные мелочи.

Не очень удобно закреплена душевая лейка. Её не возможно наклонить вниз. Матрас нам показался немного мягковатым, но это дело вкуса.

Izuzetan apartman za odmor i obilazak izuzetno lepog grada.

Lokacija odlična, mirna ulica u centru sa odličnim parkingom i svime što može zatrebati. Posebno izdvajam noćno svetlo ispod tv-a koje se retko sreće a vrlo je korisno ako ustajete.noću. Za domaćina samo reči hvale!
