Located in a nice quiet area but also within a 5 minute walk of restaurants, bars and shops.

Clean, spacious and quiet.

Good location for both privacy and not too far from the centre of town.

A parasol in the pool area would have been used. Would have preferred more comfortable beds though able to sleep on those that were there.

The house itself is spacious and has a nice outdoor area. The swimming pool was good and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The kitchen was also in good condition and well equipped. The location in Costa Teguise was convenient for us.

The property is generally showing its age and, in several areas, could use more maintenance and refurbishment. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not at the standard we expected. The toilet seats were loose, the shower area on the first floor was quite worn and showed signs of mould, and the sofa was visibly dirty. In the outdoor area, some of the curtains were dirty or damaged. The swimming pool was fine, but also looked somewhat dated. We also saw two cockroaches inside the house during our seven-night stay. We understand that this can occur in Lanzarote, but it is still worth mentioning. Overall, we simply expected a little more in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep.
