Good location, quiet Good number of rooms and space for the whole family Washing machine was very useful
Badly needs updating. Outside furniture- chair has a slat missing, this was missing 2 years ago when we last visited Bath has been patched and needs replacement 1 hairdryer not working 1 toaster not working Light in small bedroom not working Lamp in back bedroom not working No can opener in kitchen Oven took nearly 40 minutes to get to temperature and then lost it as soon as we opened the door- needs replacement Property was good but needs some work No air conditioning- fans in individual rooms are useful but we would have struggled with higher temperatures at night- especially in ground floor bedroom, where we couldn’t leave windows open at night

There wasnt a gewat deal of comfortable seating in the living area but that's only a minor issue!
