Great price, really clean and the owners are amazing at communicating whilst you use their property.

There wasnt a gewat deal of comfortable seating in the living area but that's only a minor issue!

We liked the quiet residential setting. Suited us but wouldn't be good for the neighbours if you wanted to sit up outside and party as would definitely disturb them. Close enough to supermarket. Twenty mins or so walk to beach. Found a lovely local wee beach in Costa Teguise for swimming with the fishes! Good layout for our group of five. With nice outside area and open view across garden area to hills. We had a hire car and it was in a perfect place to visit the Cesar Manrique sites which we loved. The large TV worked well and the location was big enough for five to watch something together, but maybe not many more.

We like to cook so maybe if you don't it won't matter that the kitchen was somewhat lacking in utensils, or at least there were plenty of some things and not enough of others. There wasn't enough glasses for five of us, or at least not matching, for example three large tumblers, two wine glasses, and sundry other tiny glasses. So you couldn't set a table for five and have it matching, which isn't a deal breaker but wouldn't be expensive to rectify. Tiny comedy cheese grater! Only four outside chairs.....why? And one of them was slightly broken. Some things, quite a lot to be honest, need repaired, for example the bath has some unsightly poorly repaired damage. The downstairs shower was good but water leaks across the bathroom floor, and the washing machine leaked water after use. A lot of the doors catch when opening and closing. And light switches work intermittently, as well as some bulbs are out. Knives all blunt. Very blunt. There was no information in the villa about where were the nearest shops, bins or anything else. Just zero info, which is unusual. But in saying all that, we had a great holiday, the location worked for us, and we managed ok with what was there.

A szállás nagyon jó és csendes helyen található, mindenhez közel max 20 perc sétára minden megtalálható. Az előző leirásokhoz képest a felszereltsége sokat javult. A hét fős társaság kényelmesen elfért az apartmanban. Az étkezésekhez volt elég étkészlet, pohár. Viszont sajnos kávéfőző nem volt.

A tisztasága kifogásolható, érkezésünkkor nagyméretű csótány fogadott.
