Super clean and comfortable, good location, close enough to walk into the centre, and well located as a base for travelling, parking spot outside, which is good as parking in Costa Teguise is tricky these days.
We used the villa for a celebration, my Dads 70th, who lives on the Island, other family members came for the day, we bbq’d and it was great, my niece and nephew loved the pool!
Overall the villa was very well equipped, will all modern appliances, a great home from home!
Perhaps more comfortable outside furniture….and the cover over the terrace whilst is a good idea, would be better we if a little smaller, as it limited the sun…..this said, we hired a car and didn’t spend much time in the villa during the days, so really not an issue

Well equipped, clean, modern
Wasn’t an issue for us but no aid into the pull like a hand rail.
Sofas are not the best, could be uncomfortable at times.

Very well maintained, very clean , had everything you would need in a villa
The bedrooms were damp as was the bedding , no cushions for the sun beds
