Everything about the property was superb, Riccardo gave us the clearest instructions on how to get to the apartment and to enter it, which was very useful. The apartment is very clean, spacious, well laid out and very comfortable, Riccardo and Pia have thought of everything. The location is ideal for Florence, only a very short walk to the Duomo and the train station, and the bonus of being right next to the food market. If you are staying in Florence then this would be ideal if you want an authentic Italian apartment

Located directly opposite a market, which was full of food and drink vendors, restaurants, traditional food stalls, this was definitely an initial draw and it lived up to expectations. I went to the market several times and I had some lovely food as well as a few beers it was always a great atmosphere, especially as there was the football World Cup and Wimbledon on. In fact all major sights of Florence and loads of bars and restaurants and shops are within very short walking distances of this location. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, logically laid out and well appointed. It is clear that consideration and thought has gone into the interior design aspects, plus the space is also actually a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. The bedroom is at the back facing a courtyard so the noise from the main street cannot be heard. I’d finally like to thank the host for making me feel very welcome, keeping things really simple and straightforward and being super responsive with my queries.

Very comfortable little apartment with all the necessities. Felt very comfortable here. Perfect location, walking distance from all the sights. Riccardo was very accommodating and kind, and had great recommendations!

For me this was not an issue, but there are about 40 stairs to get to the apartment on the second floor. So for some with big suitcases it might be more of a challenge.

有廚房可以自己煮東西，對面就是很棒的中央市場 。轉角就有自助洗衣店跟麵包店。每天都睡的很好！
