bel appartement, fonctionnel, au calme bien placé (proche gare/tram et proche centre) agence efficace (remise des clés, numéro pour signaler les problèmes, check out en autonomie...)
volets et stores inefficaces contre la lumière du matin (surtout dans le séjour où il y a un velux qu'on ne peut pas fermer), donc impossible de faire du sombre...

After we arrive there was an issue with heating and wi Fi but it was resolved in short time.

Flexibility with earlier check-in Apartment about 10 minutes walk from train station
Host not very personable or helpful - did not offer any information about the apartment. Apartment on 3rd floor - no lift - a struggle to get up and down stairs with luggage. Wooden floor in bathroom water damaged, water pressure low.

The location is awesome. The staff Jose explained everything clearly.
1. There were many flies inside the property when we arrived… it took us a while to get rid of them. 2. The soft bed was terrible since it had a concave in the middle. 3. There was no roller blind to cover the skylight. It was literally impossible to sleep there.
