Location is good, as it is walking distance to walking area, having a vehicle makes it easy to go to other attractions. Parking is available.
In short the staff needs training,(re training), speaking in English does not give you the right to be rude or un courteous or bullying. Agreed that some guests are ignorant, but you can refuse the request with a smiling face. We noticed some guests getting annoyed. No second room card not offered, reason, we do not have enough. TV remote missing in ALL the rooms, reason: someone took it out of the room. Having a Great product and not being to offer it efficiently is Poor business. No toaster in breakfast area, reason: we no not eat toasted bread in Travnik, no ice, reason: we do not use ice in Travnik.

Every thing was nice and perfect starting from the staff until the facilities .

Breakfast was average. Location is in too open space/ lobby of hotel.
I had to change room as my air conditioner did not work. i have to move my luggage on my own with no help. New room did not have a fridge which has been delivered later. Once because
