    What prevented this from being a high 4 star or even 5 star review is the room assignments. If you are traveling in a group and require 2+ rooms, expect to be placed on different floors or even downgraded rooms due to the limited room availability of this smaller hotel. I was a bit disappointed. The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was fairly clean.

    I’ve been a regular guest at Triple E since the hotel first opened, back when it only had one location on Nguyen Thai Binh Street. Ever since the Kh Con branch opened, I’ve stayed here many, many times, sometimes booking through many Agoda accounts, sometimes calling the hotel directly. I’ve even recommended Triple E to all of my friends and family in Australia and encouraged them to stay here. However, this particular stay was honestly very disappointing. The facilities have seriously deteriorated, and the room was in such poor condition that when I first walked in, I genuinely felt like I was walking into an abandoned house. Just look at the photos I’ve attached! For the amount of money I paid, the condition of the room was simply not worth it. The bathroom in particular had a very large amount of standing water that wouldn’t drain properly, which made the whole bathroom feel damp, mouldy and unpleasant. On the positive side, the housekeeping service was fairly good. When I requested room cleaning, they did a good job of cleaning it up. However, I would recommend paying more attention to vacuuming the floors. After each night, there was quite a lot of hair on the floor, and it wasn’t properly cleaned, which made the room feel less than spotless. But once again, what really disappointed me was the severely run-down and outdated condition of the facilities. As a returning guest who has supported this hotel for years, I honestly felt completely disregarded as a customer. I’m now actually regretting recommending this hotel to my friends, who already made reservation and preparing to stay here soon. I sincerely hope they’ll be given rooms in much better condition. Please take the maintenance and renovation of your facilities seriously. As a long-time returning guest, I really hope to see Triple E restored to the standard it used to have.
