    The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from Hakata Station, which is the main transportation hub in the area. While it may take a bit of time to reach on foot, the hotel is still conveniently situated and not too far from other nearby train stations, making it fairly easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is also quite convenient, with several restaurants, malls, and shops located nearby, giving guests plenty of options for dining and shopping. The room itself felt a bit dated, and some of the furnishings, particularly the bed, seemed quite old. The mattress foam was not very comfortable, which made sleeping a little less enjoyable during the stay. The comfort room follows the typical Japanese hotel style—compact and on the smaller side—but it is still functional and serves its purpose well. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was still decent and satisfactory. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast, which was included. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to start the day. There was also a good variety of food options to choose from, and the quality of the food was quite good. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience. While the hotel shows some signs of age, its convenient location, nearby amenities, and satisfying breakfast made the stay worthwhile.

    We had a wonderful stay at Sky Heart Hotel Hakata. The location is very convenient as it is close to the Airport Line and a nearby bus station, and only one station away from Hakata Station, which made getting around Fukuoka very easy. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Housekeeping provided fresh complimentary water, towels, and robes every day, which we really appreciated. Amenities were also readily available at the lobby, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Most of all, the front desk officers were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our experience even better. We would definitely consider booking here again the next time we visit Fukuoka.
