Positives:- New building- Unit is on the corner and overlooks walking path & green space- Underground parking spot - Close to grocery shops and restaurants Disappointments:- Double beds in both rooms, not queen beds as advertised - Cleanliness was not 10 out of 10.Couch was dirty & stained, pillow cases had brown head stains, top blanket also not clean, no mattress protectors only a thin sheet, dirty behind the bed and on the box spring which got on the sheets, towels were sour smelling, the shower floor was not clean/stained and shower trays were not clean.- Lack of good communication from host; recieved a message less then 24 hours before arrival that there was a check in window of 4pm-7pm. Have never experienced that before, was not in the description. Could not make it for that time, only then was offered the lockbox option. And none of the necessary info was provided in advance, so had to ask for wifi info, lock box code, unit # and parking information.

Spacious with good lighting and nice view of the park. Property manager was helpful and responsive.

An excellent place to stay. Bus service is close by. Walmart is at walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent home owner. Has good parking spot.
