The bottom floor is perfect for parents with children as there is a bunk room at one end, while opposite is a luxurious main bedroom. It’s complete with a king bed, a wet bar, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. But it’s the balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The living area features glorious beachfront views, but there’s also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The modern seating area is perfect for intimate conversations.
A thoroughly modern kitchen will make you want to experiment with the fresh, local seafood available. You can dine in, or take in both the sunrise and sunset at the balcony dining area.
On the same level as the living area, there’s a third bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom beside it that has a walk-in shower. The Juliet balcony is perfect for taking in the sunset.
Two bedrooms are on the top floor. One features a private balcony, seating area, en suite bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower, plus soaking tub. At the opposite end of the hall is the fifth bedroom, which also features a Juliet balcony that overlooks the quaint neighborhood. Again, it has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

We had the best week at Sunset Over Seas! Our group ranged from 6-90 years old and everyone was able to enjoy their stay. The views and easy access to the beach cannot be beat. We brought several chairs and umbrellas but that isnt necessary with their fully stocked beach closet (extremely nice chairs!) that also has many sand toys and crab nets. This rental includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up by beach service right in front of the house as well. Its a very short walk to the community pool, plus several stores and restaurants. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big dinner for the family. Management quickly responded to all questions. The only negative we found was that there is only one bathroom on the 1st floor meaning kids in the bunkroom have to go into the bedroom at night when they need to use the bathroom. This wasnt a big deal for us but could be an issue for some families. We will definitely be looking to stay at this house in the future.

This home was perfect! I brought a group of college students on a university sponsored community service trip, abd this was the perfect house! After volunteering each day, we could all relax at the beach. There is a great coffee shop and Dairy Queen withinwalking distance.

Gorgeous home right on the beach with room for everyone!

This property was a bit cramped for space. The pictures were misleading. The pool was not a pool, but a small hot up without jets.
We had issues with the refrigerator, and the upstairs AC was not working. Some sliding doors do not work - remedy was not to use them!
Overall, the house seemed very old for the price.
