Frangista Dunes sits near the beach in the neighborhood of Frangista Beach. The resort-style pool and spa can be heated during cooler months and features a private poolside cabana with seating and a kitchenette. The local seaside art throughout the house creates a vibe that will inspire your family. There is private beach access near the home, or you can also go to the public beach next to world-famous Pompano Joe’s beachfront restaurant and tiki bar.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

Home Layout: Sleeps 21

Level 1: King bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2). Queen bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2). Bunk bedroom with two sets of Queen over Queen bunks and a bathroom (sleeps 8). Half bath and poolside cabana with kitchenette. Laundry room.

Level 2: Open concept kitchen with living room and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).King bedroom (sleeps 2). Hallway Bathroom next to the king bedroom. King bedroom with a bathroom and Twin over Queen bunk bed (sleeps 5).

The parking pad can accommodate a maximum of six standard vehicles. No boats, busses, trailers, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted. No street parking is allowed.

*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*

*The pool heater can be turned on for an additional daily fee and must be requested at least three days before arrival. The pool can only be heated from October - May since water temperatures are already very high during summer.

Daily Beach setup of 2 beach chairs with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31. We also provide four portable beach chairs at the house.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200

We do accept some small dogs with advanced written approval. 2 pets max. 40 lbs max. No aggressive breeds allowed. $350 flat pet fee collected post-booking.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Frangista Dunes is a non-smoking house, and smoking at the property is strictly prohibited.

Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. The starter sets of soaps and paper products are provided to get you through the first 24 hours.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
