This two-story Mediterranean style home is in immaculate condition. Located on a double lot that offers an unbeatable layout with a guest house, large pool and spacious cabana found just two blocks from the beach. The sprawling backyard retreat offers a Tuscan patio kitchen, covered alfresco dining and a large outdoor living space with a fireplace and flat screen TV. Strictly enforced- minimum rental age is 25 and identification is required to check in. We do not rent to college students. This property is strictly for family rentals.
POOL RULES
1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
2. Children are allowed to swim or play in the pool only when adults are present. Please
maintain constant supervision over children.
3. No pets in the pool.
4. Walk slowly in the pool area. No diving, roughhousing, dunking, pushing, or wrestling.
5. Keep the area clear of clutter, debris and toys. Toys can often attract young children to
the pool.
6. No swimming in rainy weather or in thunderstorms.
7. No eating, drinking or chewing gum while in the pool. Always swim sober.
8. No glass near the pool/water area.
9. Keep gates to the pool area closed and locked at all times.
10.Shower before entering the pool.

This place was fabulous! The host went well above what was expected to accommodate our requests. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook in more than we expected. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool with privacy was amazing! The walk to the beach was easy and the provided chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated. This place provided the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would stay here again if we were coming to this area.

This house was amazing. Very spacious and very accommodating. Any and everything we need was present in the home. From the bedrooms, to the kitchen and the pool area, anything we could have thought of was there and ready for our use. From pool toys, an outdoor kitchen to beach chairs and carts. It was all there. Beautiful and phenomenal home. And not only was the house perfect, so was the host!!! She answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and even made great suggestions to make our stay even better. Mrs Julie is truly a gifted host and she gets nothing but 5 stars from my family and I!! We will definitely stay here again.

Well stocked house-and great location. Some small issues like dirty comforter in one of the rooms, makeup stained towels. Had a lot of rain and had to keep cleaning the pool-someone should have come and had some backup plumbing issues-not the owners fault, but the plumbers threw nasty towels on the floor and left so we had to rearrange some rooms
