About this apartment rental
White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols and are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months.
The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .

The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is reserved underground parking.
The penthouse K7 has a huge 55sq m rooftop terrace with all day sun and with sunbeds and also a 20 sq m patio overlooking the gardens

We were familiar with the area of Elviria which we feel is one of the best we have ever visited in Spain. Penthouse was exactly what we were looking for as nice holiday apartment. Sunny top roof terrace until evening was fantastic. The area is green and quiet. Our host was easy to reach and very kind. Everything worked as agreed - Yes, we consider to come back one day!

Superb location, great facilities, clean and a stones throw from a beautiful beach. Looking forward to staying here again. Restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance.

The perfect place for 3 good friends beach, pool. Close by. Accommodations. Superb. Patio views. Gardens. Lovely. Location convenient. Neighborhood quiet and charming.
