Het is een mooi appartement in een besloten, verzorgde en rustige community gunstig gelegen -ten opzichte van winkels strand, de stad en de snelweg. Er werd heel snel actie ondernomen op kleinere minpuntjes of noodzakelijke reparaties.
Een deel van de verlichting van een van de badkamers is defect ( 4 lampjes van de 12) maar omdat het de transformator is achter het plafond moet dat aangepakt worden en dat is te complex. De slaapbank in de woonkamer zit absoluut niet prettig. Als je met meerdere mensen bent zijn er eigenlijk te weinig lage zitplaatsen
